• GENERAL PROVISIONS

This site is owned by PTP EURO COMPANY SRL. By registering an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services based on the legislation of RM (hereinafter - Terms and Conditions) presented below.

Using the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by PTP EURO COMPANY SRL, in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is established based on Law no. 105/2003 regarding the Protection of Consumer Rights, and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obligated to monitor the changes.

• PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By using the website www.phintokyoplazaeu.com, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data, which are necessary for processing/confirming/executing orders.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and newsletter notifications.

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain the accuracy of data, and ensure the correct use of information on the site. Data transmission over the internet or through a wireless network cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided by the Buyer, thus, he will do so at his own risk.

• REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF THE ORDER

Payment for orders is possible with a payment card - upon receiving the order you will receive the fiscal receipt confirming the payment.

Online payment is made in maximum security conditions using a payment card, which allows online transactions. After making the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation at your email address.

The payment processor uses a secure system, based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a secure Victoriabank page where the authentication of each cardholder is done by assigning a unique code for each online transaction.

The refund of funds is made only on the payment card that was used for the purchase.

To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is done in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.

For payment, the following data will be requested:

• Card number (16 digits)
• Expiry date (month and year)
• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
• Name and surname on the payment card

If the currency of the card differs from the currency of the transaction (MDL), then the conversion of the amount retained from the card account will apply the conditions of the issuing bank.

 

• DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / GOODS / SERVICES

After the order is registered, the buyer is provided with information regarding the estimated delivery date by couriers / delivery service.

Delivery within the Chisinau municipality is carried out within 62 hours from the confirmation of the order by our operators. Delivery is made from 8 am to 5 pm and is free for orders of at least 700 MDL, for orders of lower value, a delivery fee of 42 MDL is charged (which will be included in the total amount of the transaction/order).

Delivery in the territory of Moldova is made within 62 hours, from the confirmation of the order by our operators. Delivery is made from 8 am to 5 pm and is free for orders of at least 700 MDL, for orders of lower value, a delivery fee of 48 MDL is charged (which will be included in the total amount of the transaction/order).

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or national holidays.

The delivery time can be extended in certain isolated situations (for example: unfavorable weather conditions, legal holiday periods, unforeseen technical problems, etc). We will notify you in advance if we encounter any of these isolated situations.

You can choose any address for delivery – home, office, or any other address, without additional charges. We accept only one delivery address for each order. If you need to deliver the order to different addresses, please register separate orders for each address.

Upon receiving the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.

• RETURN POLICY

According to the provisions of Law no. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return the purchased product/good for certain reasons within 14 days from the day of payment. The funds are returned to the card from which the purchase was made.

Discounted items can be exchanged or returned, in accordance with Law 105 from 13.03.2003 on consumer protection.

Personal data is used exclusively for the administration of the site, to allow access to special information, for the delivery of orders, or to contact the consumer for delivery execution. By this notice, users and consumers are informed that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The Provider does not collect information regarding transactions, such as card number, expiration date, country of origin.
