Cooking steps:

1. Season the salmon with salt
2. Dry with a paper towel
3. Coat the salmon all over with flour
4. In a frying pan, add 4 teaspoons of oil, then fry the salmon on all sides
5. Once it starts to brown add 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp Mirin and 2 tsp sugar. 

Assembly:

• Serve the salmon in a bowl with rice or other vegetables
