Soba recipe

Soba noodles:

• Boil Somen noodles in boiling water for 5minutes
• After boiling, drain the noodles and rinse quickly under cold running water to stop the cooking process and preserve the texture.

Soup:

• Customization: You can adjust the ratio of water and Kembu Tsuyu to your preference. We recommend a ratio of 50% cold water and 50% Kombu Tsuyu
• Garnishes: In addition to sesame seeds, you can add other toppings to personalize your Somen bowl. Popular options include:
  • Ceapă verde tăiată mărunt
  • Shichimi togarashi (un amestec de condimente japonez)
  • Felii subțiri de ghimbir

Assembly:

• Put the cold noodles in a bowl (additionally with a piece of ice)
• Prepare the cold soup in a separate bowl
